104-year-old woman keeps fit with yoga

A woman known to be the worlds oldest test cricketer still alive confesses her secret to a fulfilling life.

Eileen Ash says her secret to a long life is two glasses or red wine each day along with healthy eating.

Celebrating her 105th birthday this Sunday, Eileen still drives her bright yellow mini to yoga class.

'It helps your brain because you have to think and it improves your muscles. You feel fit.'

When asked if she wakes up with aches and pains she replies with a laugh: 'Not yet, when I'm older I will apparently, but what is old?'

This is a truly inspiring story and proves you really are never too old to do something new.
